You will need to pay your outstanding balance in order to gain access to your program. To do this, please follow these instructions: 

1. Login here: https://theherbalacademy.com/my-account/  This will take you to your Student Dashboard. 

2. Scroll down in your Student Dashboard and locate the EDIT BILLING tab in the left hand side bar OR click the MY ACCOUNT link located near the upper right hand corner of the screen. This will take you to your My Account page. 

3. On this page, scroll down and you’ll see there is a Failed transaction with the option to “PAY”. 

4. Please click on the PAY button, and complete the steps required to make the payment.
