The student-only Facebook group, MyHerbalStudies, is a way to reach out and get your questions answered. Teachers are in the group and help out, and fellow students can also respond there. It is a great place to engage with other herbalists and students.

We have chosen to hold this community space on Facebook as it has been very effective in facilitating engagement and sharing; we find that students also ask more questions in the Facebook platform and interactions are lively. We know a couple of our students who expressed similar concerns about Facebook have created a dummy account with the bare minimum of personal details to use solely for this purpose. It seems to be working out well for them, and is an option to consider. 

#myherbalstudies on Instagram is another place to share photos and thoughts with your herbal community - but the Facebook group is best for asking questions and such.

Note that participation in the Facebook group and on Instagram is completely optional!
