When this happens it is often an issue with the browser or login credentials. Please be sure you do not have any extra spaces before or you after your username and password. This can accidentally happen quite easily if you are copying and pasting the password or using some form of autofill. 

If you have reset your password at anytime, do be sure that any old passwords have been cleared from your system. It would also be helpful for you to clear your cache, then hard refresh the page. Clearing the cache often fixes any unusual browser glitches. 

Note that the Academy site runs best on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari so if you are using a different browser, you might want to give one of these a try.
